Nelly, 45, uploaded a black-and-white photo of her posing from behind with a large, sparkly number “7” printed on her entire back.

She opted to go topless for the shoot, fully showing off the number while also flaunting her toned physique.

The I’m Like A Bird hitmaker peered off to the side as she placed her thumb inside the waistband of her low-rise jeans.

Nelly accessorized the Y2K-inspired look with chunky bracelets and hoop earrings.

SEVEN’S MEANING

In her caption, the songwriter explained the process of creating the album and why she chose such a simple title for her seventh album.

“This is going to sound strange and stupid but this isn’t a job for me. It’s super personal. Music is my whole language and life and love and blessing, so sometimes it’s hard for me to wrap that up in a bow,” she started.

Nelly said it took her four years to create the album, as well as various cities and a large “army” of collaborators.

“I made 400-500 pieces of music in 4 years. My ADHD doesn’t always allow for me to organize creations in a methodical way so it’s hard to explain how we have chosen 14 songs that magically rose to the top of the heap,” she added.

“Phew – they come together just by nature of being in the same collection, 7, kind of like random seashells that may be similar but not at all alike.”

Every time Nelly doubted herself during the album’s creation, she said she would “see the number ‘7’ everywhere.”

While “7” may be meaningful to the artist, others have been sharing their different opinions — with one even calling the new title “mid and boring” on X.

However, others noted how special the number is.

“Seven is a magical number Nel! Congrats!” one person wrote on her Instagram announcement.

“Sacred 7.. is a special one [clapping] Nelly,” a second wrote, as a third noted how it was their “angel number.”
