The Alberta plan to distribute the feds’ Critical Worker Benefit program is barely announced, and as expected, the “too-little-too-late” and the “why- not-me” crowds hit the headlines. Sadly, there isn’t much about any grateful reaction from those who will receive the benefit, for their brave stand on the front lines during this pandemic.
