GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. (WCCO) – A man is suffering from life-threatening injuries after his car hit a power pole and was engulfed in flames early Saturday morning.
Golden Valley police say the driver’s 2008 Pontiac left the road and hit the pole shortly before 1 a.m. It then lit on fire.
The driver, a 23-year-old man, got out of the car on his own and was treated on the scene.
He was then transported to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries.
