A house has collapsed in New Farm in Brisbane while being renovated.
The home can be seen bending at obscure angles on collapsed foundations, leaning on the site's boundary.

The heritage-listed house had been under renovation, raised on timber sleepers when the building collapsed around 2pm yesterday.
The house was set to get an additional rear unit complex and basement car park.
Those involved have said construction workers were on the site at the time, and it's a miracle nobody was injured.
The builder's son has called the collapse a freak accident.
At the time of the collapse, neighbours in the house next door were told to evacuate and a stop-work notice was ordered for construction workers.

A Work Health and Safety Inspector has inspected the house to determine the cause of the collapse, with investigations continuing tonight.
Cleanups are currently underway, and an engineer has been called upon to determine how the house can be lowered to the ground.
Efforts are being made to preserve the heritage house, however if the damage is irreparable, it will likely be demolished piece by piece.
