Colombo, December 1 (newsin.asia): The Sri Lankan Minister of Finance, Basil Rajapaksa, met his Indian counterpart, Nirmala Sitharaman, in New Delhi on Wednesday and discussed ways and means of enhancing economic cooperation between Sri Lanka and India.
Basil Rajapaksa thanked India for the support it has given to Sri Lanka in many different economic spheres.
Milinda Moragoda Sri Lanka’s High Commissioner to India, S R Attygalle, Secretary to the Treasury and Ministry of Finance, the Indian Foreign Minister S.Jaishankar and other officials were at the discussion.
