The World Economic Forum in Davos will go virtual for the second year in a row, amid the surge of COVID-19 cases in Europe and fears around the Omicron variant, Sky News reported on Monday.
The forum was supposed to take place from January 17-21, 2022 in the Swiss ski resort town.
“Davos not happening. Going virtual for the week,” political scientist and Davos attendee Ian Bremmer tweeted.
