2. Kirk Franklin’s A Gospel Christmas

This new release introduces us to Olivia and stars Demetria McKinney, Chaz Lamar Shepherd, and Angela Birchett. She joins a brand-new church just one month before Christmas as the new lead pastor. Luckily, a little bit of romance manages to help her settle in as she navigates her new space and helps her choir win the biggest musical competition of their lives. 3. Boxing Day

This movie features Zola Nombona, Hamilton Dlamini, Phumlani Magadla, and Sthandiwe Kgoroge. This Christmas comedy will keep you on your toes as it follows two siblings who kidnap a government official to get enough money to bury their grandma. Catch all the drama and laughs on Monday, 27 December at 7:30pm on M-Net Movies 4, DStv Channel 108.

4. A New Year’s Resolution

Kelly Leone, producer at Wake Up Milwaukee, a local morning television talk show, makes a New Year’s resolution to embrace saying ‘yes’ more often. It doesn’t take long for her to cross paths with a self-confirmed yes-man who might be responsible for shaking up her life. Catch this romantic drama on Sunday, 26 December at 2pm on Universal TV, DStv Channel 117. 

5. Spider-Man: Far from Home

Following Avengers: Endgame, Peter Parker returns to join his best friends Ned, MJ, and the rest of the gang on a European vacation. However, things don’t go according to Peter’s plans as he’s pulled into another action-filled adventure. Tom Holland again excels as Peter Parker/Spider-Man. He manages to bring just the right mixture of innocence, charm, and uncertainty. Don’t miss it on Sunday, 26 December at 4:50pm on M-Net Movies 2, DStv Channel 106.
