To the world of Kirstie Allsop – stick with us, please – where the TV property botherer has been sharing her thoughts on Covid – among many other things – with the Daily Telegraph.
”Before you accuse someone else of being selfish you have to be very careful”

Why does she think so few public figures have spoken out about lockdown as she did?
‘It’s really bizarre,’ she says.

‘One of the things that horrifies me is it turns out we had all this money to focus on a disease,’ Allsopp almost shouts.
‘We could have cured cancer, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, but, when the money was needed for Covid, suddenly it was there!’

And there was no shortage of responses to what she had to say. There would have been more had the Telegraph not done this.
The best bit about this is that they’ve bravely…… switched off replies. https://t.co/ArfglipMxO

How mealy-mouthed of them.
But really, the only response you need is from the great Michael Rosen, author and former Children’s Laureate.
Rosen, 75, caught Covid last year and spent seven weeks in intensive care, six of them on a ventilator.
And this is what he had to say to Allsop.
Sorry Kirstie. I admit, when I was told that I had been in a coma for 40 days I did wobble a little. I should’ve pulled myself together. Apologies. https://t.co/AuY4CNNfmZ

To conclude …
Sick of these mealy-mouthed gutless 140,000 dead

And this.
I’d rather shit in my hand and clap.
