At an anti-vaccine protest near Downing Street on Saturday, failed London mayoral candidate, Piers Corbyn, plummeted to a new low by appearing to call on the crowd to burn down the offices of those MPs who voted for the latest round of Covid regulations.
We won’t share the video, but here’s what some people had to say about it.
Appalling Piers Corbyn video.
We have lost 2 MPs to terrible violence in recent years – we know how incredibly serious this is.
Police will have all our support in pursuing this

We go live to London, where Piers Corbyn is addressing anti-covid protestors… pic.twitter.com/FvKGN9IeDe

Piers Corbyn should be arrested, prosecuted and jailed.
Agree or disagree with MPs, it is not activism to incite people to burn their offices down. It’s a crime that should be punishable to the fullest extent of the law.

The police have, in fact, arrested Corbyn on suspicion of incitement to commit arson.
While that was clearly the worst thing he is alleged to have done on the day, it doesn’t give him a free pass for this embarrassing duet with Remeece on his antivax song – Dont Tek Di Vaccine.
Comedian Rosie Holt apologetically gave it a wider audience.
I’m so sorry but now I’ve seen this you have to too. I am sorry though pic.twitter.com/f0nwDi7hJO

We’re not sure everyone accepted the apology.

Well I did want to get my booster, but then I saw an old nutjob arrhythmically bouncing up and down and frantically mumbling “don’t take the vaccine” into a microphone outside Stratford shopping centre and now I’m not so sure… https://t.co/7CZK9Es5nv

This is legitimately the best pro booster campaign I’ve ever seen, even though the parody is a bit cruel https://t.co/gyplIsGlDN

I almost died of cringe watching this, but I managed to survive by gnawing one of my own legs off. https://t.co/MAnR6ixCbK

I’m suggesting we put a stop to all music until we can figure out what’s happening here https://t.co/CEVvPKdgW1

Everyone who has forced me to watch Piers Corbyn rap “DON’T TEK DI VACCINE” has gone into my Little Book. pic.twitter.com/TuFjCAfubF

Will Piers Corbyn be singing this in hospital? https://t.co/owNAyoHlfF

Piers Corbyn, you were comprehensively beaten in the London mayor election by me, an alien with a bin for a head. So by the power vested in me by 92,896 humans, please give the planet some much-needed Christmas cheer and fuck off to the asylum where you belong. Thanks petal x

It wasn’t Corbyn’s first unfortunate brush with public singing.

Depending on the results of the police investigation, it could be his last – for a while, at least.
