ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) — St. Paul police are investigating the city’s second homicide of the year Monday night.
Someone was fatally shot at about 9:30 p.m. on the 500 block of Prior Avenue North in the Union Park neighborhood.

Police say they will release more information on this homicide early Tuesday.
