A man has been arrested following a suspected fatal double shooting in Melbourne’s south.
Emergency services found two people with critical injuries after they were called to an address in Mordialloc, about 24km south-east of the CBD, following reports of gunshots about 9.10pm.
Both patients died at the scene and police described the incident as a fatal shooting.
Police said they searched the area and arrested a man soon after.
He was assisting them with inquiries overnight as Homicide Squad detectives controlled the McDonald Street scene.
