A couple renting a multi-million dollar home in Adelaide’s east was forced to flee the building early this morning after it caught fire.
Flames were filmed tearing through the heritage-listed home in Beaumont shortly after 2am.
Officers and fire crews arrived on the scene around 2.15am and found the dwelling “fully ablaze”.
No-one was injured but the building was extensively damaged, police said.
The property had only recently been sold.
Fire cause investigators attended the scene this morning to establish the cause of the fire.
