One of the most wonderful things about travel is how it opens our eyes to the different ways people do things in other parts of the world.
How else could we find out that there are honesty shops in Switzerland, where customers are trusted to leave the right money, that it’s insulting to tip service staff in South Korea, or that people in the North East call a bread roll a stotty?
