Colombo, May 20 ( Newswire) – Nine new Cabinet Ministers were sworn in before President Gotabaya Rajapaksa today.
The new set of ministers have been appointed after Ranil Wickremesinghe assumed duties as the Prime Minister under the current presidency in the hopes of resolving the existing economic crisis in Sri Lanka.
Following is the list of the new Ministers
Nimal Siripala : Ports and Aviation
Keheliya Rambukwella : Health
Ramesh Pathirana : Plantation
Susil Premajayantha – Education
Wijedasa Rajapakse – Justice Minister
Tiran Alles – Public Security
Harin Fernando – Tourism & Land
Manusha Nanayakkara – Labour & Foreign Employment
Nalin Fernando – Trade
