May 13 (Newswire) – The Sri Lanka Central Bank (CBSL) has instructed all licenced commercial banks to use Rs. 360 per USD as the middle spot exchange rate on interbank transactions for today, the 13th of May 2022.
The bank said the variation margin has been set at LKR 2.60 +/- on the middle spot exchange rate.
Rates applicable for other currency transactions are to be also derived based on the above rate, the bank advised.
