Taiwo Ogunnimo has won her first Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award in the best short film or online video category.
This was announced at the eighth edition of the award show which took place at the Eko Hotel in Lagos.
Ogunnnimo became a first-time winner for her short video, I Am The Prostitute Mama Described.
Her video beat Something About Zee by Mary Nsikanabasi Uyoh, Fractured by Abimbola Craig, Ounje Ale by Ozor Uche, Koro by Nicholas ‘Big Ghun’ Nartey, Kiitan by Korede Olayinka and Dices by Sandra Tetteh to win the award.
