Missing elderly Wabamun couple found safe: RCMP

An elderly couple who was reported missing in mid-June has been found safe.

Parkland RCMP were searching for the couple from Wabamun who hadn’t been heard from since June 17. Efforts of contacting the couple were unsuccessful.

However, in an update on June 23, police said the couple, aged 81 and 87 years old, had been located.
