Interruptions in the purchase of electricity credits by customers, using both new and old prepaid metres, in some parts of the country have left some people without power for days.
On October 1, ECG said they had fixed the vending challenges, however, some consumers are still reporting challenges.
Today on The Probe, host Emefa Apawu speaks to the General Manager, External Communications at the ECG, Charles Nii Ayiku Ayiku, about the issue.
Mr Ayiku will address the concerns of the ECG prepaid consumers after days of erratic power supply.
