Crime Stoppers, Canadian law enforcement absent from University of Idaho murders probe

Idaho’s three Crime Stoppers programs failure to offer cash rewards in exchange for tips that lead to the arrest of the party who brutally murdered four University of Idaho students last month is “surprising,” according to one program director.
