Police are calling for urgent assistance to find a woman and boy missing from the Gold Coast for more than 24 hours.
A spokesperson said officers searched for Jessica Mostyn, 31, and the missing four-year-old all day today without success.
They were last seen walking on Vona Place in Labrador about 7pm yesterday.

Mostyn, believed to be wearing dark clothing, was described as Caucasian and about 164 centimetres tall, with a thin build, very short brown hair and brown eyes.
Police described the boy as Caucasian with a thin build and very short or even shaved blonde hair.
They asked residents and business owners on the northern Gold Coast to check their properties.

"Police and family hold serious concerns for her safety and wellbeing and are urging anyone who has seen the pair, or has any information which could assist with this investigation, to immediately contact police," they said, in a statement.
The woman and the boy, who she knows, were travelling on foot.
Police said they had connections on the northern Gold Coast, including Labrador, Southport, Runaway Bay and Biggera Waters.
