‘Party No Dey Stop,’ which was produced by UK producer Monro and Kel-P has amassed over 14 million streams worldwide since its release on March 14, 2023.

The single, which is Adekunle Gold’s first single of the year has garnered lots of raved reviews. One fan said, “Man! That song is a very deep song with some amazing, inspiring, and encouraging words. It’s a reassurance to actually know who you are & where you want to be. Great song!”

In an interview, Adekunle Gold attested to the fact that this was the aim of the song. He particularly referred to the single as his ‘triumphant song’.

“The melody of ‘Party No Dey Stop’ made me feel like telling my triumphant story. I know who I am right now but years ago I’ve been denied a lot of things but I never gave up. God has co-signed me, I don’t need anyone’s co-signs. I’m not moved by what I see, I just hold my peace and have my money.”

The visuals to the single drive home the point as it screams luxury and confidence in every form, from the artistes style to the camera work. Director K did well to portray the song’s message like he always does.

Weeks after the release of the single, Adekunle Gold can boldly state that he has created a monster hit with the help of Zinoleesky, as the song has spent weeks on the Turntable Official Nigeria Top 100 chart while holding its own on the Top 20 chart on Apple Music Nigeria despite Davido’s album bomb.
