A man has been charged with making death threats against Brittany Higgins, her fiancé and their dog.
The 49-year-old man was arrested yesterday by Terrorism Investigation Squad detectives in Tweed Heads yesterday.
It's alleged he sent a message to Higgins' partner David Sharaz threatening to kill them both and their pet dog.

Investigators allegedly uncovered 49 messages with "offensive content" sent from different accounts but believed to be linked.
One of these allegedly included "threats of violence made through a social media platform in relation to participants of a mass gathering".
The man was charged with using a carriage service to make a threat (threat to kill) and using a carriage service to menace, harass or offend.
He has been granted strict conditional bail and is due to appear at Tweed Heads Local Court on May 31.
