A NSW Ambulance paramedic has died after he was stabbed outside a McDonald's restaurant in Sydney's south-west.
Police were called to a McDonald's carpark on Queen Street in Campbelltown around 5.30am, following reports of a stabbing.
"The man was treated at the scene and taken to Liverpool Hospital, where he later died," NSW Police said in a statement.

"A 21-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Campbelltown Police Station, where he is currently assisting police with inquiries."
