A toddler has died and a man is believed to have suffered stab wounds after an incident in Sydney's south.
The three-year-old was found dead and the man, 45, was found with critical injuries when emergency services attended a unit in Washington Avenue in Riverwood this afternoon.
"Police also located a 45-year-old man with serious injuries; he was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics taken to hospital in a critical condition," NSW Police said in a statement.
