Eight years after the release of his highly acclaimed album Realms, Wande Coal has released his fourth studio album ‘Legend Or No Legend’ with exciting collaborations with acts like T-Pain, Fireboy DML, Wizkid, and Olamide.

The 13-track album produced by a range of producers, including Dunnie, Screwface, Kel P, KDream, and more, gave us a range Wande Coal has not shown in a while with trap-influenced sounds and pop tracks.

Although he seemed to have expanded his range there have been mixed reactions to the project from fans. One fan said, ‘I don’t think Wande Coal was ready for this album. No rollout, weak album art, and the album itself barely sparks any feeling.’ Another fan of the veteran musician said, ‘Let me pretend this album didn’t exist.’

While some may have strong opinions about the album some fans are excited to have the legend back and have praised the album for its cohesion.

Currently, the pre-release track, Come My Way, which was released in October 2021, has amassed over 24 million streams worldwide, and Kpe Paso, his first track of 2023 featuring Olamide, has amassed over 12 million streams since it was released.

Whether or not this album tops charts, it does not change the fact that Wande Coal has attained legendary status.
