She’s got the Nigerian internet space buzzing with her role as ‘Sista’ which has had everyone in a reflective mode, and she is set to take on another major role with the Filmone Original, Adire.
Kehinde Bankole plays the titular role of a lady with a suspicious mission. The film directed by Adeoluwa Owu, features other Nollywood acts like Femi Branch, Yvonne Jegede, Mike Afolarin, Yemi Blaq, and more.
Since her role in Blood Sister, Kehinde Bankole, who has seemed to be away from the limelight, has generated conversation as a result of her role and chemistry with her co-actor Gabriel Afolayan.
In 2023, Kehinde Bankole’s popularity reached a new high as she voiced a character in the Disney anthology animation Kizaz Moto: Generation Fire, scheduled for release on July 5, 2023. She is also scheduled to play the role of young Funmilayo Ransome Kuti in the biopic directed by Bolanle Austen Peters.
