In the past six months, Blaqbonez has featured and released over seven singles, and he is continuing his amazing run with the release of two new singles ‘Like Ice Spice’ and ‘Like Bezos.’
The singles, which were co-produced by Ramoni, North Boi Oracle and Big Fish, have been the topic of conversation among music enthusiasts as Blaqbonez has been using any means necessary to create content that aid these conversations.
The official hashtag #EmekaMustShine, which is currently trending on Twitter, has his fans fake hating on the songs. One fan said, ‘This song is mid bro. I had to put it on repeat just to grade how mid it is.’
Blaqbonez had started the trend after he revealed that the only part of PR he is yet to hack was the negative part, as he revealed that the day Asake got his first number 1 track was after the whole Twitter said Sungba was mid.
“I’m just now realising that the power of negative PR, July 7, we must be strategically negative. I need at least 20 people to push that agenda to create back and forth conversation,’ he tweeted.
In 2023, the music star has had major hit singles, including Cinderella Girl featuring Ludacris, which has amassed over 3 million streams and Hallelujah with Ckay, which has amassed over 13 million streams worldwide.
