Though it’s fiction, the surrounding circumstances of the story are based on true events. The movie gives an insight into post-civil war life through the eyes of a soldier and his lover.

Amina tells the story of the legendary Queen Amina of Zaria and how she became the first female warrior in her tribe and fought to protect her people.
Badamasi
Being the first Nollywood political biopic, Badamasi narrates the life and times of General Ibrahim Babangida, the sixth military head of state during the post-independent military era.
