Nigeria’s President Bola Tinubu is presently meeting with the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio, at the State House, Abuja.
Akpabio arrived the seat of government at about 2.25pm shortly after the Senate adjourned for a close-door session to determine the fate of former Minister of State for Labour and ministerial nominee following uproar that followed the motion that Keyamo’s nomination be stepped down.
The Senate President’s visit to the President may not be unconnected with what transpired at the Senate Chambers today over Keyamo’s nonination and possibly discuss the way forward on the matter.
