Dashcam video of posties being hit while riding their motorbikes has been released by Australia Post to show the dangers their workers are facing on the roads.
Australia Post data shows posties are being hit at least once a week in NSW, which has recorded the highest number of accidents involving posties in the country.
The vision shows posties being hit by trucks, utes and cars who haven't stopped, given way or looked when driving through roundabouts.

Posties have suffered broken bones, concussions and lacerations, with many resulting in hospital stays, time off work and psychological trauma.
Australia Post's general manager of safety and wellbeing said often posties will get injured being knocked off, or swerving to avoid more serious accidents.

"While we want our team to deliver for all Australians, we also want each of them to safely get home to their families at the end of the day," Rod Maule said.
"Safety is our number one priority, which is why we've invested millions of dollars into advanced technology and training to keep our team safe on the road.
"But it isn't just up to us – we are asking all drivers to be alert and keep an eye out for our posties, especially over the next few months as we ramp up deliveries in the lead-up to Christmas."
Australia Post has asked drivers to use their mirrors, check blind spots and slow down when approaching roundabouts to avoid hitting posties.
