Nigerian singer Bella Shmurda has said that he does not like chasing people for collaboration.
The 27-year-old during a recent interview with Cool FM in response to a question about doing a feature with Grammy-winner Burna Boy stated he does not chase people because he believes that even though, an artist got the name, he’s more talented.
“I don’t like chasing people,” he said, later adding “you fit just get name pass me but I get talent pass you.”
The new father also stressed that he has not been threatened by new artists and that nobody can take his spot.
Bella Shmurda rose to fame in 2019 when he released a song titled ‘Vision 2020’ with a remix featuring YBNL boss Olamide.
Bella has since released two EPs and one album.
Hermes Survives Car Accident
Meanwhile, former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate, Hermes Chibueze Iyele, better known as Hermes, recently survived a ghastly car accident.
Naija News reports that the reality star took to his Instagram page on Thursday to share details about the accident.
Hermes, who shared a photo of his damaged black Mercedes with the front of the car caved in, thanked God for his safety.
In another post, Hermes allayed the fears of his fans, assuring them that he was safe and fine. He also said he did not sustain any injury after the accident.
