The woman at the centre of the suspected mushroom poisonings that claimed the lives of three people has travelled to Melbourne to meet with lawyers, one month on from the deadly meal.
Erin Patterson was flanked by a team of legal representatives as she left her lawyers' office, including prominent criminal lawyer Bill Doogue.
The 48-year-old hosted a family lunch for her former in-laws Don and Gail Patterson, as well as Gail's sister Heather Wilkinson and her husband Ian Wilkinson, on July 29 at her home in Leongatha.

Don, Gail and Heather all died a week later, while Ian, a pastor at Korumburra Baptist Church, is fighting for life in hospital in a critical but stable condition.
A family representative told 9News that Ian is continuing to show signs of improvement as he waits for a liver transplant.
Patterson had little to say to journalists who were waiting outside the office of her lawyers in Melbourne's CBD today.
She has denied any wrongdoing.

Detective Inspector Dean Thomas told media earlier this month the investigation was "complex".
"I would like to say that because the Homicide Squad is investigating this matter, it doesn't automatically mean that the deaths are suspicious," Thomas said.
A public memorial for Don and Gail Patterson will be held this Thursday in Korumburra.
At this stage, Patterson has not contacted any members of the family to confirm whether she plans to attend the memorial.
