The Lagos State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has fixed Monday, September 25th, to rule on the petitions against the declaration of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu as the winner of the gubernatorial election.
Naija News gathered that the court will seat from 9 am on Monday.
The tribunal would deliver judgment of the petitions filed by Abdulazeez Olajide Adeniran of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Gbadebo Rhodes-Viviour of the Labour Party (LP) against Sanwo-Olu of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
