The Kano Governorship Election Tribunal is set to deliver judgment on a petition filed by the All Progressive Congress and its candidate via zoom.
This resolution is as a result of the absence of the panel members in the court.
The parties in the case, lawyers and media professionals are however, in the court presently listening to the judgment.
The All Progressives Congress is challenging the electoral victory of Abba Kabir Yusuf of the New Nigeria Peoples Party as governor of Kano state as declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
