You'll be provided with a laptop and cellphone.</p><p>Applicants must be willing and able to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as part of a rotating schedule. Bilingualism is a significant asset, and it'll be mandatory for some positions. <br/></p><p>Successful applicants may need to travel as part of the role, potentially using their own vehicle, and you must have a work-from-home setup that allows them to speak privately and confidentially. You'll also need reliable internet and cellphone coverage at home.</p><p><strong>Who Should Apply:</strong> This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and doesn't mind being on the go. <br/>You don't need a university degree to apply. In fact, the successful completion of two years of secondary school is enough. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may also be considered.</p><p>To qualify, you must have experience dealing with the public, either in person or on the phone. You must also be comfortable using computer software to complete everyday tasks. Experience with programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is also essential.</p><p>Knowledge of how to conduct interviews, either by phone or in person, is considered an asset.</p><p>You'll also need to pass a security clearance check.</p><p>The first round of assessments begins in April 2025, but applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. </p><p>Keep in mind that this isn't an application for one specific job.
