Presidential aide, Dada Olusegun, has berated former Vice President Atiku Abubakar over his comments on President Bola Tinubu.
Recall that the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 presidential election earlier held a press conference in Abuja on the controversy surrounding the academic records of President Bola Tinubu.
In a series of posts via his X handle on Thursday, Olusegun advised Atiku to declare his decision to contest the 2027 PDP primaries instead of deceiving his supporters.
The presidential aide asserted that the 2023 presidential election is the most painful loss Atiku has felt since he started contesting for the presidency in 1992.
Olusegun said the former Vice President needs to heal from electoral loss, adding that it is not Tinubu’s fault that he won the Presidency on his first attempt.
He wrote: “Instead of the man to declare his decision to contest the 2027 PDP primaries, he is trying to game his supporters with lullabies.
“This is the most painful loss the man has felt since he started contesting for the presidency in 1992 when MKO beat him silly at the SDP primaries.
“What new information did Alhaji Atiku reveal in his press conference besides admitting his conspiracy in the great election heist of 2007 with his boss OBJ?
“It is not PBAT’s fault that he won the Presidency on his first try. Alhaji Atiku needs to heal tbh. Seeing him sit alone with not even one Governor from his party in what is purported a “World Press Conference” isn’t a good look for him.”
