The second season of The Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOLagos) has broken first-day streaming records on Showmax in Nigeria. This record beats the first season’s record and claims the spot as the most-watched Original on its first release day in Nigeria.
The second season of the reality series, which premiered exclusively on Showmax on Friday, 29 September 2023, also made waves on social media with the official hashtag #RHOLagos taking a spot on the X (formerly Twitter) trend table.
Dr Busola Tejumola, Executive Head, Content and West Africa Channels, MultiChoice, says, “Since the official announcement of the second season, the reception has been very positive, and we are delighted the fans are watching and enjoying the show.
