Nigerian filmmaker Kunle Afolayan has announced that the KAP Motion Pictures team will be producing their third film of the year, weeks after the release of their Netflix film ‘Ijogbon.’
He revealed this via his social media platforms on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, that the film set to premiere in 2024 will feature Sharon Ooja, Bolaji Ogunmola, Olarotimi Fakunle, and more.
“Excitement is in the air as KAP Motion Pictures embarks on our third film of the year, an independently produced supernatural thriller set to be released in 2024. With the successful launch on day one, we’re thrilled to share some of our breathtaking visuals to pique your interest and leave you wanting more,” he said.
‘Ijogbon,’ KAP Motion’s last film, recorded 4.2 million hours viewed from a total of 2.2 million views between October 13 and 15, 2023. By October 16, 2023, it became the sixth most-watched non-English film globally.
