A young boy is fighting for life and two other children are injured after a serious crash on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia.
The 10-year-old boy is undergoing treatment at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital after flown to Adelaide by the Royal Flying Doctor’s Service last night with critical head injuries.
An eight-year-old boy and six-year-old girl were also airlifted in for medical care with injuries that considered to be non-life threatening.
The horror crash happened at around 5pm on Friday afternoon.
It is understood their four-wheel drive rolled on Tod Highway at Murdinga about 140 kilometres north of Port Lincoln.
The driver, a 35-year-old Port Lincoln man, was taken to the local hospital with minor injuries.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
