A rugby league club in the NSW Hunter region is in mourning following the sudden death of one of its players for the second time in less than a year.
Father of four Blake Tisdell, 31, died on Tuesday evening during light training for the Aberglasslyn Ants.
It is the second death at the club in the last eight months, after another player died from an injury sustained during a game in June.

"It is with the heaviest of hearts we find ourselves in an unimaginable situation once again," the club wrote on Facebook yesterday afternoon.
"On Tuesday evening, the 13th February, whilst undergoing some very light drills at our home field Mckeachies, heaven found themselves another angel.
"To be watching the sunset over Mckeachies once again within the space of eight months, mourning the loss of another brother, is earth-shattering.
"Our players, friends and family are understandably in huge amounts of distress and trying to put the pieces together of what can only be described as a living nightmare."
A crowdfunding campaign set up by family friend Tiah Selkrig described Tisdell as "a loving father, partner, son and mate".
"His sudden passing has left behind a beautiful young family," Selkrig wrote.
"He was a loving father of four beautiful kids… he was also the income earner in the household which is going to make things tough for his young family."

As of 5pm today, the fundraiser has collected more than $10,000 for Tisdell's family, with the club taking to Facebook to thank supporters for their contributions.
"How amazing is our beautiful rugby league community," Aberglasslyn wrote.
"We are so thankful to each and every one of you for your kind words of support and encouragement.
"The days are shorter with your love."
