It’s a quiet Thursday in Oil Country, as the Edmonton Oilers “enjoy” an extra rest day between Tuesday night’s hard-fought game in Vegas and Friday’s affair in Anaheim. Not much of an advantage given the Oilers had the previous 9 days off, and currently have played fewer games than any other NHL team.
