Detective Superintendent Andrew Massingham has issued a frank warning to teenage criminals allegedly responsible for terrorising residents on Brisbane's east side.
At least four homes in Seven Hills were targeted in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Police believe the group also broke into a pizza shop in Cannon Hill, smashing inside and stealing thousands of dollars from the register.

Seven Hills resident Brad Eathorne told 9News his home had been targeted six times.
On each occasion, his wife and children were sleeping inside.
"I'm concerned for their safety… The anxiety levels are up," the resident said.
"Certainly last night I was awake at three o'clock in the morning, I couldn't go back to sleep because I was just monitoring the cameras just to see if they'd come back.
"It's pretty disgusting to be fair".

Queensland Police's Andrew Massingham fronted the media in Cairns yesterday and warned time was running out for the gang.
"Crime crews in and around Dutton Park are dialled into locating them," Massingham said.
"There's also profiles being distributed in that area at the moment.
"We have one in custody and his bail has been refused.
"For the remaining two the clock is ticking, we know who you are.
"We'll locate those remaining two very quickly and be very swift to oppose their bail."
