A woman is feared to have been pinned between a bus and a building after the vehicle mounted a curb in Brisbane's CBD.
Emergency services have rushed to the scene at the corner of Edward Street and Ann Street just after 5pm.
It is understood a woman was hit by the bus and has life-threatening injuries.
Ambulance crews are treating up to nine patients, including the male bus driver and several passengers.
There is significant traffic in the area and delays are expected to last several hours.
Both streets closed and motorists are urged to avoid the area.
