I am more than a little upset over the egregious bag cash grab implemented by our inept city council last year on the first of July. Instead of making this hideous program revenue-neutral, you know, forcing businesses to reimburse shoppers the same amount they gouge shoppers for the cost of a bag, this moronic city council instead allowed all businesses to fleece patrons.
