Two people have died in a crash in Melbourne's inner east.
Police think the car crashed into a tree on Clendon Road in Toorak about 8pm yesterday, killing the driver and passenger at the scene.
Investigations are ongoing as police try to determine exactly what happened.
The identities of the victims have not been formally confirmed.
