Matildas star Sam Kerr allegedly called a policeman a "stupid white bastard" after police were called to a taxi fare dispute in London, a UK newspaper has reported.
The Sun reported Kerr was said to have been sick in the taxi after a night out on January 30 last year before it's alleged that she racially harassed the officer.
Kerr is fighting to have the charge dropped ahead of her trial scheduled for next February.

She's accused of using insulting, threatening or abusive words that caused alarm or distress during the incident in the south-west London suburb of Twickenham.
"The charge relates to an incident involving a police officer who was responding to a complaint involving a taxi fare on 30 January 2023 in Twickenham," London's Metropolitan Police said.
The Matildas and Chelsea striker faced court on Monday via video link and entered a not guilty plea.
The global football star's lawyers will argue an abuse of process at a pre-trial hearing on April 26 and seek to have the charge downgraded or dropped, according to court documents cited by multiple UK media outlets.
Kerr was charged on January 21 this year with the time period between the incident and charge being laid understood to be central to her legal team's abuse of process claim.
Kerr, who is sidelined with an ACL injury, has not yet spoken publicly about the charges.

Football Australia chief executive James Johnson confirmed yesterday she had not informed the body ahead of the court date.
"I woke up this morning like everyone else did to the news," Johnson told reporters in Adelaide.
"And that is when Football Australia found out about this unsettling event.
"We are trying to get to the bottom of it at the moment.
"We have got our own questions that we'd like to know, we have got to find out what actually happened.
"But we also want to say that there is a process that is under way in the United Kingdom and that process needs to run its course."
Matildas coach Tony Gustavsson offered his support to Kerr.
"I was informed this morning and obviously was surprised," he told reporters on Tuesday.
"The only thing I can comment on is my experience and interaction with Sam as a person, as a footballer, and I have only positive experiences.
"FA was very clear in terms of supporting our players on and off the field … I will, as a human being, always support."
