Edmonton Police are looking for three suspects (two male and one female) who tore down a pride flag in front of Evolution Wonderlounge on April 2.edm
City police are searching for three suspects who removed and damaged a pride flag displayed outside of a downtown business on April 2.
At approximately 10:54 p.m. that night two males and one female were walking southbound when they stopped in front of Evolution Wonderlounge, located at 103 Street and 102 Avenue and ripped down the pride flag and damaged the pole attached to the front of the business, police said in a Friday afternoon release.
The suspects then threw the flag in the garbage and left the area on foot.
Police believe this was an act targeting the 2SLGBTQ+ community and the Edmonton Police Service’s Hate Crimes Unit is now investigating.
EPS have released video footage of the incident in the area in hopes the public can help identify the three suspects.
Anyone who can identify these suspects is asked to contact the EPS at 780-423-4567.

However, if dispatches of Wicked screenings around the country are any indication, this code isn’t being followed. In the few days since the highly […]
