An ANZ outage has left millions of customers without access to their app and internet banking services.
The bank confirmed an investigation is under way.
"We're working to resolve this as soon as possible and apologise for the inconvenience," ANZ said in a social media statement.

"The ANZ Plus app, Phone Banking, ATMs and EFTPOS facilities continue to be available."
About 3000 customers have reported an issue with their online banking services since about midday, according to Down Detector.

According to ANZ, more than four million customers use its online banking app.
