The Jeopardy! airing featured two-day champion Adriana Harmeyer competing against Josh Moss and Amy Yao.
“Sonny Digital’s tag can be heard on this song by ILoveMakonnen and Drake, named for a weekday that’s got the “club goin’ up,” read the $800 prompt.
Amy buzzed in first, guessing, “What is Thursday?”
“No, I’m sorry,” Ken replied, as Josh then guessed, “What is Friday?”
“Also incorrect,” Ken said as he turned to Adriana and joked, “Adriana Five days left.”
Time ran out, however, with no contestants giving the correct answer of Tuesday.
The moment was shared on Instagram, and viewers said they were “screaming” out the correct answer while watching.
“None of these people have ever been to the club on a Tuesday, respectfully,” one person commented.
“Ahhhhhhhhhhh I’ve never yelled at my phone as loud as I just did,” a second wrote.
“Screaming TUESDAY at the tv,” a third said as a fourth added, “I was screaming watching ts live.”
“I was SCREAAAAAAMING at my tv,” another said.
“The way I screamed that answer in a second lol,” someone else wrote.
MUSIC MIX-UPS
Prior to Friday’s episode, Adriana earned her second win on Thursday, totaling $46,200.
Thursday’s episode also featured a feisty moment from Ken when dealing with another music-related question.
Jeopardy! Universe
Jeopardy! first aired in 1964 until 1975. Then the nighttime version began in 1974. Since then, many spinoffs of the game show have emerged. Here they all are:
Jeopardy! – (syndicated) 1974 to present, weekdays on ABC at 7 pm ET.
Tournament of Champions – 1984 to present, features the top champions who have appeared on the show since the last tournament.
Second Chance Tournament – 2022 to present features hand-selected non-winners from the season prior, where the prize is entry into Champions Wildcard.
Champions Wildcard – 2023 to present, features all one, two and three-day champions from the season prior worth entry into the Tournament of Champions.
Jeopardy! Invitational Tournament (syndication) – 2023 to present, features past greats invited by producers to vie for a slot in Masters.
Jeopardy! Masters (primetime) – 2023 to present, features the six highest-ranked Jeopardy! champions competing against each other.

Pop Culture Jeopardy (streaming) – 2024 to present, will feature teams of three tasked with pop culture trivia on Amazon Prime, host and airdate TBD
Jeopardy! has done away with specialized tournaments like its College Tournaments, Kids Week, and Professor’s Tournament to gear towards a more sports-like model, with Masters being the top of the Jeopardy pyramid.
Other versions of Jeopardy! have fizzled out throughout the years as well, like Sports Jeopardy!.
Things got heated in Double Jeopardy! when a Third Eye Blind clue read, “This ordinal band sang about a ‘semi-charmed kind of life’ in a song with a lot of doo doo doo, doo doo-doo doos.”
Contestant Brad Miller incorrectly guessed, “Three Doors Down,” to which Ken bluntly responded, “No!”
Sandee then buzzed with a made-up band, “Third Day,” to which Ken answered, “Also incorrect.”
Adriana finally provided the correct answer, as Ken assured her, “You got there, yes.”
Earlier in the week, contestant Abby Mann took some heat from viewers after mixing up two well-known rappers.
In the Classic Rap Lyrics category, the contestants were given the clue, “He rapped, ‘Today I didn’t even have to use my AK, I gotta say it was a good day.’”
Abby buzzed first, incorrectly answering, “Who is Ice-T?”
Contestant Brian O’Shea then saved the day with the correct answer, “Who is Ice Cube?”
POP CULTURE SPINOFF
Luckily for viewers who are immersed in music and pop culture, a new spinoff of the beloved game show is currently in the works.
Last month, Jeopardy! announced the creation of a Pop Culture-themed show that will be available for streaming on Prime Video.
According to Deadline, the show will feature contestants answering clues on “alternative rock to The Avengers, from Broadway to MMA and Gen Z to Zendaya.”
With a new angle for the longtime show, some fans noted that they love seeing super-smart contestants struggle with pop culture questions.
Others have been speculating about who could host the new show, and former contestants’ names have been mentioned.
In mid-May, Jeopardy! encouraged fans to sign up for the show by advertising on Instagram.
The graphic told fans to form a group of three and individually click a link to fill out a test.
The link, however, didn’t work, causing an uproar in the comments section before the show even airs.
