She was detained following her alleged break in to a North Carolina nightclub and stealing over $500 worth of alcohol, the Daily Mail reported.
Avery, along with two other underage boys, was caught by the cleaning crew of the night club allegedly drinking behind the bar and stealing six bottles of liquor.
After being caught by the cleaning crew, the three of them were said to have fled the scene with the six bottles of liquor.
The owner of the nightclub says the liquor stolen totals $500, CW affiliate WCCB reported.
The club owner claims to have surveillance capturing the three teens in action but will not release the footage yet.
Police arrested the trio quickly after their getaway.
Avery was officially arrested and charged with burglary and larceny.
Announcements regarding court dates have not been released yet.
Earlier this month, Avery graduated Charlotte Christian School in a ceremony attended by her sisters and mother.
She was planning to attend The University of Alabama this fall.
Avery’s arrest follows a tragic incident her mother Angie posted about involving her dog and an Instacart driver.
“This Easter weekend, a man delivering groceries for Instacart shot and killed our precious Oliver,” the actress wrote underneath an Instagram post of the dog.
“He got out of his car, delivered our food, and THEN shot our dog.”
